TOURNAMENT RULES
This event will be conducted in accordance with the actual World Boxing Competition Rules.
The maximum number of boxers in one group will be 16 boxers per weight category, as limited by the number of competition days.
Technical staff MUST ATTEND ACCREDITATION & SPORTS ENTRIES CHECK on Thursday 5 June . On the daily weigh-in only the maximum weight limit will be controlled, not the minimum weight limit.
All Boxers must bring their valid international record book with up-to-date yearly Medical Exams and valid ID card or passport.
INSURANCE
All participants are responsible for medical insurance by their own.
Boxing Entries Check
The Boxing Entries check is the final part of the event entry process.
The Boxing Entries Check is mandatory for all Teams, and teams should make all necessary arrangements to arrive timely 5 June 2025 15:00 – 19:00.
Each Team may appoint a maximum of two people to attend its Boxing Entries Check (e.g. Team Leader and the Team Doctor).
In order to be cleared for the competition, Teams must provide the following documents for each boxer, signed and completed as required:
- Copy of passport
- Record Book (with annual medical examination completed within the previous 12 months, national record books accepted)
- Declaration of Non-Pregnancy Form (women boxers only), signed by the boxer/legal guardian
- Uniforms (red and blue) per World Boxing Competition Rules
To complete the Boxing Entries process and receive accreditations, Teams must have fully settled their accommodation costs with the LOC.
Important: Failure to attend the Boxing Entries Check per scheduled appointment by any Team will lead to the exclusion of the entire Team from taking part in the event.

Hand wrapping
Velcro bandages must be used by all participating boxers. Bandages will NOT be provided by the LOC, but must comply with World Boxing Competition Rules
